Modern Masterpiece

This was a great project for us. The homeowner was looking to take three inconsistent rooms including the original kitchen and turn them into an open space kitchen dining room with a large island for entertaining. To do this we had to consolidate all of the existing utilities for the entire 2^nd floor of the building into a single chase, level out the new ceiling through the combined room and install a large steel beam to carry the load of the second floor. This was the first contemporary project we have performed and we believe we hit it out of the park.
