This was our first project in Westfield and turned out to be one our favorite projects to date. The original house was a smaller ranch house with full brick exterior walls on the first floor. Our work consisted of a full gut renovation with only the original foundation, 1st floor walls and 1st floor deck remaining. Everything else was completely re-done. We incorporated the original brick exterior walls on the first floor to create deep window jambs which came out great and added to the uniqueness of this project. The staircase on this project required a floating platform which we worked with our steel fabricator to design a support system that really became a center piece of the project.
