Andrew Dudonis founded Dudonis Construction, bringing 10 years experience in residential and commercial renovations, and luxury custom-build homes. Andrew started his career framing and tiling bathrooms, and through his leadership, detailed approach and commitment, he quickly rose through the ranks as a project manager for multi-million dollar custom-build homes. By working from the bottom up, Andrew understands what it takes to get the job done. His experience in the field allows him to quickly recognize issues to keep the project moving, within budget, and ensure quality deliverables.
Mike Dudonis came aboard in 2018 to pursue the dream of the Dudonis brothers working together with their own business. With almost two decades of experience in the construction industry, Mike has performed a multitude of positions throughout his career. His experience ranges from lead estimator on FEMA projects and countless multi-million dollar heavy-civil construction projects, to project manager for a $20M+ high end residential development and a $500M+ international deep sea port. Mike’s broad experience and project planning ensures client satisfaction from preconstruction to completion.
